Grow your self and Too Prove your Self,Company is place to Not Work  It for implementation

Respect your colleagues but stop calling every other colleague as Bhai, Sir, Ma'am, sahb etc. 

I have seen in industry everybody dedicated and respectful until you entitle them with  any of these and they take it as a superiority factor. 

So there's no shame in calling your colleagues with their names only. Putting Mr. or Miss before their name is enough.It's a trend only in our region (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh etc.) to feel superiority due to your position. Other world i.e. EU and USA don't bother being called by their names only. 

 I know this is going to hurt those filled with ego but a logical negation to this is highly appreciated so I can correct myself if I am wrong.
